Shipping

UK: £2 - All packages mailed 1st Class using the Royal Mail UK Standard

Europe: £5 – All packages mailed Royal Mail International Standard

World Zone 1 & 2: £9 - All packages mailed Royal Mail International Standard

 

Dispatch

I will try my best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. In many cases you will receive it within a week. If for any reason I cannot send your product/order immediately, I will contact you to let you know the expected waiting time.

 

Pricing

All prices are pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT

 

Payment

I use Pay Pal which is integrated into my website. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to Pay Pals own secure website where you can complete your purchase. I do not see your card details at any time.

 

Damages/Returns

The products are packaged carefully, but in the likely event that you receive anything damaged, please return them within 5 days of receipt. On receipt of your returned item I will credit your account. You may return any item (except commissioned/custom made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging. Pease note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer except in the case of faulty goods.

Please note that, due to hygiene I cannot accept the return of earrings.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure items for returns are packaged securely. It is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting, as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. After 28 days all sales are considered final and no refunds or replacements will be given.

 

Custom made orders

If I have made a custom made piece/product, I do not normally offer a refund for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods.
